Private Advisory for  Owners Under Pressure

You are making decisions that affect pricing, direction, positioning, visibility, and the future of your business.

What this is

Private Advisory is a seven-week engagement for established business owners who need an experienced outside perspective during a meaningful decision period.

This is not a casual conversation. It is a focused advisory relationship built around business pressure, clear evaluation, and decisions that require serious thought.

What brings owners here

Most owners do not come here because everything is broken.

They come here because the business is working, but the key decisions are getting heavier.

  • Pricing no longer reflects what you deliver.
  • The market does not see the full value of your business.
  • Too many critical decisions are landing on you.
  • The business has grown, but the next stage is not clear.
  • You need sharper judgment on what comes next.

What this is not

This isn't general coaching, hands-off execution, or hourly advice for small questions.

This isn't for owners who prefer to stay vague, avoid decisions, or hand off responsibility for the hard calls.

Who this is for

This is for established owners carrying meaningful responsibility.

You lead a serious business, make decisions with real consequences, and want a candid perspective, not reassurance. You want a clear judgment you can act on.

Seven week engagement

1

Week 1 Start

We identify the real issue, separate it from the symptoms, and agree on the decisions we will address over the next six weeks.

2

Week 2 to 6 Working Sessions

One session per week. We work through one major decision at a time, test the numbers and assumptions, and leave each session with a clear next action.

3

Between Sessions

You apply the decisions, track what changes, and bring back results, constraints, and new information.

4

Week 7 close

We resolve remaining decisions, set the next 90 days, and leave you with a written list of priorities, decisions, and next steps.

You do not need more motivation

You need clarity on what to do, what to stop, and what to ignore.
