Week 2 to 6 Working Sessions

One session per week. We work on one major decision at a time.  decisions in order. We test the numbers and the assumptions. We leave each session with a clear next action.

Between Sessions

You execute. You note what changed. You bring back results, constraints, and new information.

Week 7 close

We finish the remaining decisions. We set the next 90 days. You leave with a written list of decisions, priorities, and how you should run the same process going forward.
